Our online courses are great for students who are looking to take a certification exam within four months or gain indepth knowledge in Six Sigma.
Each course can be completed at your own pace from the comfort of your home. MySixSigmaTrainer.com offers online courses for Black, Green, and Yellow belts.
BEGINNER: WHITE BELT
As a White Belt, you have an understanding of the overall application and language of process improvement.
Training generally lasts approximately one day.
The training offers enough to understand the benefits and roles and responsibilities of the six sigma methodology.

ADVANCED BEGINNER: YELLOW BELT
As a Yellow Belt, you are a knowledgeable contributor to Lean Six Sigma projects and management. You are typically a team member who is familiar with the overall methodology and the basic tools of process improvement. Training takes several day. (~40 hours online).
INTERMEDIATE: GREEN BELT
As a Green Belt, you are an essential member of the Lean Six Sigma project team.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a professional who is well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology who leads or supports improvement projects, typically as a part-time role.
A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt possesses a thorough understanding of all aspects within the phases of D-M-A-I-C. They understand how to perform and interpret Six Sigma tools and how to use standard principles of Lean (~120 hours online).
ADVANCED: BLACK BELT
As a Black Belt, you are an expert team leader, statistical analyst, and project manager - all rolled into one.
You have mastered a diverse set of ""soft"" and ""hard"" skills so that, when you graduate, you can quickly lead critical projects to successful completion. Training takes around four weeks (~180 hours online).
HIGHLY ADVANCED: MASTER BLACK BELT
As a Master Black Belt, you are a tested and experienced leader with coaching, strategy and training responsibilities.
You are trained in the most advanced techniques, have managerial responsibilities, and are often responsible for the most critical and challenging projects. Training is approximately two weeks live and two weeks online (Not offered at this time by My Six Sigma Trainer)
