What is your primary product or service?
Rose Consulting provides services in the Government Contracts field and the Small Business Administration arena, particularly with teaming arrangements, joint Venture agreements and formations of teams to pursue large government acquisitions.We also provide the establishment of Limited Liability Companies, Corporations and Partnerships
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for the Government (inside) as a military JAG officer for 14 years active duty and a total of 36 years with reserve time, went to work in house for several large companies as General Counsel. We have received National awards as the Small Business of the Year and National Small Business Advocate of the Year for our legal work with small businesses and large businesses in Government contracts and the Small Business Administration
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer highly competent attorneys at a lower rate due to using a virtual law firm concept. We keep our local presence for instance in Sugar Hill instead of Atlanta, Valdosta I stead of Tallahassee, and Ponte Vedra instead of Jacksonville to lower overhead, as well as our branch offices in suburbs (e.g. our headquarters was moved to Valdosta). By using the internet for legal research we do not have to maintain large libraries or subscriptions and we pass all those savings on to our corporate and small business clients.

We have satellite offices in California, Utah, Arizona, Illinois, Washington D.C. and Florida
