How long have you been in business?
ECPM has been active in the Atlanta market since October of 2011. Prior to that our headquarters were in Alexandra, VA.
What is your primary product or service?
ECPM manages community association's - Condominium and Homeowner's. We also manage apartment buildings of up to 450 units.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
ECPM has been in the assocaitin management business for 20 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As a boutique management firm we are small enough to move rapidly to the needs of our clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations that serve the Metro Atlanta region.
What type of payments do you accept?
ECPM provides a free website and lockbox service to our clients.
